This would violate Article 88 of the UCMJ, which I am 100% certain that the CSM of Space Command would know, if Bernie is actually a duly elected Senator in the legitimate US government. The text of Article 88 is pretty damn clear, and it doesn't take a jagfag to understand. If this ain't comms, I don't know what is!!!

Exactly! Unless we see some official backlash like a forced retraction or apology from Space Command, I think this is a very important but simple data point to keep in mind right now.
If you want more proof, you can look at the sum total of all the "irregularities" in the way the military treats Bi Den, and realize that they are treating him as a foreign dignitary - not as the president of the US...

Good point, and very possible. Though I'm not sure the CG of Space Command and above would sign off on a shitpost like this that is unquestionably disrespectful - they are making fun of him at his expense. Unless Bernie is out there saying "make fun of me" (possible - he's the alpha beta male) or something to that effect, I don't see how this wouldn't violate Article 88.
