You can also combine images into a PDF document, just make a office document in word or openoffice /libreoffice and then print it to a PDF file.
if it won't let you upload a PDF host it somewhere like a filesharing site and link it.
Can you provide sources or just pictures of paper?
This could so easily be faked it's not even funny.
Hell, I can see myself doing something like this when I was a teenager just to fuck with people. It wouldn't take more than a few hours to come up with a bunch of these.
