had not thought of that... I am thinking that an action report need to be done before it is implemented. if there is an action report ice is going to have to do a study to see what steps need to take place. that means picking the correct university to do the study. seeing how there is a lot of support for deportation in the universities we will need to do back ground checks on all the researchers. this is so important that everything is going to be classified. wow Biden's executive order might never be implemented.
