You are probably referring to the clip in which Biden allegedly says "salute the marines"? It shows Biden entereing the Capitol as President Elect. Are you sure the President Elect would be saluted? I would find this quite suprising, but I would be convinced by evidence to the contrary.

Dont think I have seen that one. The one I saw was literally him and his wife entering the Whitehouse. Marine on each side of the door and no one saluted. I did not hear or see Biden say anything but maybe cause of the compensating about the video.
