Bankruptcy can not be filed in DC it's a foreign territory. It would have to be filed in one the states of the Republic. Assuming they filed in Florida because they knew a white hat judge.

The Florida bankruptcy was dismissed in December and terminated today as per my lawyer friend with Pacer access. Maybe there's another one somewhere?

Probably several more filings since they are all shell companies and need to shut them all down for full bankruptcy.
Maybe they have other filings somewhere. Interesting they held up the termination of bankruptcy until Trump left office.
