Has anyone confirmed this document? It reads too easily, not enough legalese that you normally have in court documents. This reads like something you or I would write, using words that are too common and inexact. Plus, you don't normally ever talk about possible prison sentences when you are indicting someone or charging them, it's putting the cart before the horse. When I read a document that reads like this it raises red flags for me. I hope it's true, but I have my doubts as to it's authenticity.

Good point. One very small hope from a not a lawyer was when I had to deal with the language of law, it was surprisingly straight forward. Most difficult when referenced another statute which then referenced another. Court documents on the other hand....
U1 and this gave him the death sentence. Him spilling his guts gave him the opportunity to go out with flags high and a state funeral. I think the letter the DS actors got during the funeral was short and concise: like “I told them everything”.
I thought the same thing. Kinda reminds me of the conspiracist who told me the "Whitewater" records were in the Murrah Building!

I read this the other day, even printed it....the language is suspect in several areas. It reads more like a story than legal document, all 19 pages of it.
I'm with you, I really want it to be true but where did it really come from? Any lawyers here? One thing that's bugging me is the repeated reference to the "RIOT act" -- all my searching keeps turning up that it's an old BRITISH law that has to do with actual riots, and seems totally out of context here.....
