So, there must be an instance of him expressing the desire that his name be said, and it must be situation where a right thinking person would not want him gratified in this respect. So I theorise it would be a horrible scene with him demanding "say my name". Inductive reasoning.

It's possible it's simply the lack of any and all respect for such a person. Maybe, they have such contempt for the guy they refuse to even acknowledge him, it doesn't necessarily require him demanding others say his name first.
I look at it like detecting a black hole. You can observe the absence of light in a region of space (because the black hole bends the light that goes around and consumes the light that enters) and from that theorise the existence of a black hole. You never observe the black hole.
So although I have not seen any video or have any evidence it exists, I have seen that his name is never used. and one way to explain it is the theory I present. It is pure theory, but it fits the distain he gets. As far as I know there has not been an explanation of why he is never named.
