Good place to start, let's find ones like this on Trump and Obama and cross reference.
If this can be debunked, it needs to be, so we can purify the theories further.
So far I cannot find a time for Trump and spotlights for the oval office. However, another thing to point out now I am noticing is the dark, empty doorways in Biden's window reflections. The patterns aren't lining up with previous presidents.
So now I have two things to look for.

I'm gonna disagree with others. The OO is small. Minimal outside press is allowed in. WHCA generally provides the video feeds and photography. If you notice, the reflection shows multiple fixtures with distinct points of light. This indicates temporary LED lighting used with ENG lighting kits (field production). The problem is this - the OO is equipped with tray lighting around the soffit. This indirect lighting is enough for any broadcast grade camera to get a quality shot.

That one does appear to show both the tray lighting and reflection of ENG lights. I'm still not sold on it though. Jury is still out.

it's studio lights, they use it in tv shows, to bring more light to the scene.
Not entirely sure it's the same lights from the Studio White House.
I am a photographer and I have been in studios. The angle of reflection is far too low to be on top of the "walls" from the studio.
These are more likely LED panels that are brought in and put on to light the office.

could those be those huge outside flood lights that we saw when the WH went dark earlier this week? With the minimal reflection on the inside white portion of the windows it makes me think that light source is outside.
