Not the best possible photos but what I found easiest to link, and seems I am not the only one who started to wonder about those differences. I have been an amateur artist my whole life, and a big part of learning how to draw or paint something when you want to do it as photo-realistically as possible is learning to notice every little detail because you can't replicate them on paper unless you actually SEE them. So I am somewhat trained to notice things like that.
If you start to compare any patch of photos you get when you do an image search with just "Biden" you will find photos with both types of earlobes, and those are very noticeably different earlobes. Now it is possible he had a bothched facelift, after I searched for that I found out that can happen, search for "facelift elf ears", but there definitely is a difference.
Your ears are not supposed to change unless there really has been something like surgery. The only way to find out if it was a facelift, or if there is at least one double, would of course be to find out whether the change happened at one point in time, and has been in every photo and video of him afterward, or not. Too much work for me, especially since finding the exact times for when the photos have been taken seems to take more than a bit of digging or is not even possible for somebody with my level of computer skills.
Right now we are in a situation where I said: "I noticed it is raining outside" and you, in the same building, refuse to look outside to see for yourself but demand that I prove to you that it is raining outside. Take a look. Then decide. Image search, honey, is something even people my age know how to do, and I'm fairly old.

Now how about you prove me I'm wrong.
