So, right around the time Sniffy Joe starts pretending to be president, Some posted that Nancy was under arrest and being chaperoned by Capitol Police and there was a video which reported to show someone saying "Say Nothing" and Nancy replied " I won't" Really Juicy stuff. but was it all hogwash or does anyone have a follow up to that????

I still see her being escorted by the same female cop when I watch OANN. Could it just be for protection?
If the Marshals think someone is a flight risk they have people near that person at all times even in the bathrooms.

One problem with your theory. she was not being escorted by just any Police. That should have been The Capitol Police job. US Marshals were escorting her. The US Marshal is the one who makes arrests. Not Police enforcement.
Protection makes sense in a general context but would why in the world would your muscle be telling you not to speak to reporters? Sounds like a lawyer's job not a bodyguard.
Protection from who? And why is she the only one who needs this protection?
