This is not new news to me but wanted to share it for anyone who was unaware. BLM donations went to ActBlue, a Democrat organization that exploited the 2020 riots for financial gain. Below is a article that shows donors and how the donations were spent. It appears that nearly 100% of the donations went to democrat presidential candidates. First, here is a statement from local BLM chapters conveying their frustration about the lack of transparency regarding donations. I don't see any mention of a lawsuit but I get the feeling its coming.

Black lives don’t matter to blacks , huts Tutsi genocide , all other genocides wars in Africa,, rampant African slavery now, Dominicans treatment of Haitians, Haitians having a system of slavery now, Brazil gang killings , high abortions in black America, gang violence in black America, I’m not black because I didn’t vote Biden.
Black Money Matters is more like it, when you talk about the DNC.
Also, wasn't Bannon arrested and charged for the very same sort of thing?
Or, Black Votes Matter - every two years
