And I am quite certain that the “murder” charge against St. Kyle is from state of Wisconsin, and is not in the federal courts.

I can tell you what this means. Their lawyers quit after they saw all the video and no other lawyers would take it either do to the video evidence. They'd spend money and get nothing in return, ambulance-chasing lawyers don't work that way.
