The capitol attack was not a real attack but protrayed as one by fake media and was a setup. Its like we are living in crazy land. Anitfa and blm burned business and caused riots, People were killed, hell a kid was accidnetally shot and yet the capital so called attack was the worsed in history and was compared to real dark events in history. Any politician with the balls would say out right that this capital riots shit is to push an agenda and frame it to the people so trump looks bad. Anyone who does not have STD can see that. It is true that election fraud has not been proven in court,..... yet. At least not in the quantity needed to alter the outcome of the election, although, of late, court cases which were pending, seem to move in the direction of: Mail in ballots fraud. (see Virginia)

Technically yes, because none of the election fraud evidence was ever allowed to be officially presented in court.
Ted Cruz isn't attacking Trump's claims, per say, he's upset that Trump made the claims but never seemed to get around to proving them in court. He's not disputing the factuality of the evidence, and that it is in fact evidence, he just appears to be upset (like many of us) that Trump never got around to proving it in court.
Antifa was declared as a terrorist organization, and Antifa did in fact "storm" the capitol on January 6th. So yes, Cruz is correct here.
