While I appreciate and believe a lot of the content of your post, you are twisting some Scriptures to say New Age things that simply do not carry that meaning in the text and context.
Do you believe that Jesus of Nazareth was uniquely God incarnate? Not as in ‘everyone is God, Jesus just realised it’, but truly YHWH Himself in the flesh?
I was thinking along the same lines, I still love his vitality but I take this verse very seriously:
“Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:” 1 John 4:2

I am very familiar with the Essenes. Including the Davidic-Jerusalem layout of their compound.
I am very familiar with Scripture and the non and anti gnostic reality it lays out. Gnosticism from root to the fruit is incompatible with reality and the Word.

yes first you have to balance the 5 energy centers of the body-
intellectual
motor (shoulder area) - reflex
emotional (chest)
instinctive (belly) - ever had butterflies and urges
sexual
strong emotions and thoughts and poor sexual urges disrupt the energy centers, put them into a bad resonance. one triggers the other and you can get to instinctive animal states and even strong physical reflexes.
being self aware allows you to disassociate from the lower thoughts emotions and urges.
it takes practice
you have to be kinda like a baby - just beautifully aware
you start to do it and you suddenly realize 1/2 the day has gone by in a dream and you were not self aware at all - just running on lower psyche.
take a walk, watch the sunset, sit in peace, meditiate, try to be clear and conscious in your daily life and you start to exercise the essence and soul instead of just feeding lower thoughts and emotions.
calming the mind is hard - hence the image of Jesus riding on a donkey into Jerusalem - that is allegorical for calming the mind.
the intellect is like a calculating machine - it loves to think think think - but the intelligence is binary -every though has an opposite debate
consciousness just is and see the truth every time
then you get into intuition and consciousness knowledge that you can just kinda download - not an intellectual process at all.

I will say it like dumb person because english isn´t my first language. I know meditation helps become more aware and even change person´s live. What I don´t know is what adenochrome do to them if they take it. Why are they doing this? Because they are just sick, because of cult... Or is it doing something to their bodies. Just don´t get it why.
