If you run the word puppy through the search-- a couple of posts come up referencing the urban dictionary and the term "sex puppy"

TOP DEFINITION Sex Puppy A very sexy person who does nothing all day but follow around his/her master in a sexual manner, always happy for intercourse ("doggie")
