Don't let the title throw you off- this is a very encouraging word for us (not at all for the ones in power pulling the strings behind the scenes) and ties in with what a lot of prophets have also said.
It's fascinating to me to see all the parallel things said by unrelated prophetic voices at different times line up like this.
