Poor baby, hopefully she is found quickly.
Hopefully it's not Q related since that would mean this small baby had been taken by the cabal which runs the United States and most other countries except Myanmar.

As far as how the Amber alerts can be actually used by traffickers I'm not entirely sure. I can only speculate at this point that maybe it is exactly the opposite use where a trafficked child goes missing and then the local PD/citizens are then used to recover the child. God help us all.

it would only work via the above formatted message if and only if the cops running the response to amber alerts were also a part of the trafficker network. They would need to be in control on comms to negotiate an exchange between the kidnapper and the "customer".

No. there isn't an exchange... Usually the amber alerts are regarding parents taking their kids from their child trafficking spouses.
So to clariy, If a mother Is pimping her kid, And the dad steals her from the mother.... the amber alert comes into play. I'm sure that's not always the case.... but think about it... Kids go missing every day by the dozens and hundreds.... How often you getting an amber alert?

It's also possible the parents were guessing her weight since they used a round number of 10 lbs. Also they may have used a last weigh-in from a doctor's visit.
10lbs at 3 months old can be normal. especially if born premature or just not a chunky kid.

My daughter was that at 3mo. and she was 7'10 at birth. She had malabsorubtion problems and anemic. This contributed to her not gaining weight. It took over a year to finally get her system straighten out. She doing fine today.

Just saying they will be looking for a 10lb 13inch 3 month old. I was 7.5 oz and over 20in when I was born. That baby should be in an incubator if it is as described. Big mistake for trying to find the child.
