It sounds very similar to Barry Hussein graduating Harvard with a Law Degree, even though hundreds of law students never saw him or heard of him at the time he claims he attended Law School. Elena Kagan was the dean at that time. Obviously, she was bought and paid for and rewarded with a SCOTUS confirmation for covering up that Hussein scandal.

The problem here isn't that insulin prices are high. That is just the symptom. The problem is these people have a government enforced monopoly over this and a handful of other products. So they can set the price to whatever they like. No one wants to attempt to make this stuff because our own FDA etc puts up massive bureaucratic barriers for anyone else to get into the market. Throw in a few patent log jams and poof you have a never ending monopoly. Trump put topical antibiotics and a band-aide on a gangrenous leg.
Only congress can actually FIX this problem, but as we can see... THEY ARE THE PROBLEM.

1st I'm an atheist. 2nd God might be able to fix congress but only congress can fix the mess our government is in. It's a chicken and egg problem was my point. We need to stop fixing symptoms and fix the source of the problem. Our representatives no longer represent us. They represent themselves.

The claim about Manchin's "bipartisanship" is also a complete lie, of course. He's "bipartisan" only at election time, and then only if his vote won't make a difference in the outcome. He was allowed to vote for Brett Kavanaugh -- the only Democrat to do so -- because Kavanaugh had the votes anyway and Manchin needed to sucker the voters of West Virginia into re-electing him the next month, which of course he did. When ACB's nomination came up Manchin, no longer up for election, wasted no time in voting against her to make the Democrat "No" votes 100%.
