The cabal has be writing our history for a long time. Why and how was the Bible off limits to there control? I am finding it hard to believe in anything as the world unravels. The evil doers stop at nothing to control us. Some how the Bible was off limits to them? I have faith in God due to the fact we are here and his blessings. I just question anything that a human had a part in that is very old.

Our founding fathers used the Geneva Bible and wouldn’t be caught dead with a King James Version, they fled to America to escape the tyranny and persecution of King James who commissioned his version. So whatever version you do use, thank God for sending us his Holy Spirit to teach us
The KJV Bible is one of the most reliable translations since all of the problems with the translations are well known and can be found in many commentaries. The Founding Fathers may have had a problem with the King part of it rather than the words themselves. The Old Testament was translated into Greek in 285BC by 70 Hebrew scholars in the city of Alexandria so when people say we don;t have anything but recent scripts of the holy text, there are 4 copies of the original Septuagint for examination. Since I don;t read Greek or Hebrew, I have to rely on what is written in the KJV and use a concordance on some words I don't understand. Just my 2 cents but anyone appealing to God for revelation is being guided by the Holy Spirit for some reason. Just my 2 cents!
Yes this. The American States Assembly absolutely requires the Geneva Bible for all oaths given on record.

I’m talking pilgrims, but leaders of the American revolution still used the Geneva translation
I have a new NKJV here with me now and thank you for the response. It is hard to not question everything as my eyes are opening.
The bible has been under attack from the left forever that should be proof enough. History is His Story.Look at the decline of America since God was kicked out of our schools. Look at the decline of Germany after Humanists took over their schools within a generation they went from a Godly society to gassing millions of Jews. Read Martin Luther's biography, one man defying a system of corruption that bled peasants dry of their money by fear of their relatives and themselves spending eternity in purgatory. The effects of Biblical Christianity on Society are in Unmistakable Contrast to everything this Evil Cabal is about. Don't put off getting saved until tomorrow, your tomorrow is not guaranteed, Jesus Christ will be your Savior on this side of the grave, or He will be your Judge on the other side of the grave.
When I started doing my search for TRUTH, I was led to consider the TRUTH of the Bible. Which led me to consider all the translations, etc. I read a book called Evidence That Demands A Verdict (not an easy read) but it did help my understanding. https://www.christianbook.com/evidence-demands-verdict-changing-skeptical-world/josh-mcdowell/9781401676704/pd/676704 Now I read the Bible daily, along with my personal conversations with God. He has a way of revealing truth to honest sincere seekers.
Edit (Adding info from a book reviewer):
You left out an important fact about this book. He set out to prove Christianity was a fraud and ended up getting saved
Thank you. Yes, that is true about what I left out. I often have a way of focusing on the message (the book contents) not on the facts of the messenger. Prolly a fault of my mistrust of almost everyone. I think there was another author's book I read that the author was coming from a similar place. I wanna say it was Michael Medved. Will search and edit when I can find.
Edit:
No, it was Lee Strobel.
https://www.christianpost.com/news/ex-atheist-lee-strobel-on-the-case-for-christ-film-nonbelievers-will-see-real-evidence-for-god-jesus.html
Michael Medved wrote a book about the Providence influence on our Republic that I read...
I wasn't criticizing you, I just think that is the best part about the book pretty sure that is why he gave it that title too as he was trying to disprove Christianity, the light bulb came on in his mind, hence " Evidence that demands a verdict " It demanded a verdict in his own life first.
Appreciate all you wrote here. I concur.
So which version of the Bible did it recommend
The Bible is the authoritative word of God as received and recognized contemporaneously by his people.
There are lots of "lost books", but they are works of men and were recognized as such when they were published, just like we have historical fiction today as well as counterfeit canons of living authors.
I have the Book of Enoch, which is quoted in the Bible by Jude. Jude was inspired by God to say that a particular prophecy in the Book of Enoch is actually an accurate transmission of Enoch's words. The rest of the book is not necessarily historical or accurate and should not be given any more special status than any other commentary. They were "lost" for a reason, just like obviously downvoted comments.
Distinguishing books of man from the Book of God clarifies this question easily.

KJV 51% NIV 17% for a reason.
There are various manuscripts and pieces dating back to 150-300AD of various books of the Bible that show the original language copies of the text have remained the same...as others have said, it’s when the Bible is translated to English that it gets tricky as Greek was such a diverse language compared to English.
Strange you should mention this. I was talking to a guy at work about a lot of these conspiracies. He's been in the rabbit hole a lot longer than me. Anyways he said "The real bible" is under lock and key in the vatican. It blew my mind at the thought that perhaps our version may be fake.
The cabal removed the book of Enoch. Everyone should read it.
the bible has been chopped and cut and messed with for centuries the romans cut loads of it out google for the gospel of mary and the dead sea scrolls
at one point there was an excepted version that was hard to butcher and printing presses became wide spread, so a final version became accepted, but prior to that you can research all the changes
there are another 20+ books in the new testament, references to reincarnation was all chopped out.... lots of it is missing.
I will do that and thank you.
Great point! Thank you!
Our hearts have God's word written into them.
Even if our Bibles are altered from their original purpose God will guide those to the truth.
66 books?.... tell me that isn't tainted.
The real truth is Christ left a Church not a book. That is, for all of its problems, the Catholic Church. Don’t get me started on the current corrupt leadership. I didn’t stop being an American when Obama was President. The Church fathers assembled the Bible by selecting which texts were accurate and which were not guided by the Holy Spirit. They even had to do this to the Old Testament which Jews of the day argued about which texts were correct. The Catholics fathers went with the Greek version because that was most of the educated people used.
When the Protestants started removing books from the Bible they used the argument they found Hebrew texts that excluded some Old Testament texts. But those texts were written after Christ and the Jews of the time were trying to rewrite the texts to show Christ wasn’t who he claimed to be. Even some modern Jews such as those in Ethiopia have Old Testament with the same texts as the Catholic Bible.
My favorite translation is the English Douay-Rheims (1609) with the Latin Vulgate (405 AD) side by side. The English reads similar to KJV because it was done around the same time.
Their are only two types of Christianity. Faith Alone in the Death of Jesus on the Cross or Faith in Jesus plus all my own good works that I can add to Jesus's death that will somehow tip the balance to my favor ( hopefully ) someday and God will owe me a place in Heaven. Someone who is trusting in their own good works to get to Heaven can never be sure they have done enough and never have that security. Born Again Christians who trust only in Jesus serve Him out of Gratitude. Salvation by Works religions serve Him out of fear of not making it to Heaven someday.
Ephesians 2:8-10 "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them."
Martin Luther was a Catholic monk studying the bible when the great truth sprang from the pages " The Just Shall Live by Faith " that truth is repeated in the old and new testament, "Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness."
When you get to Heaven someday and start boasting about all your good works you did to get to heaven, while Saints are singing Praises to God for saving them, Angels will pick you up and carry you away and cast you into outer darkness.
"Fear not him who can kill the body and afterwards can do no more, but Fear Him who after He has killed has power to cast both soul and body into hell."
Yeah that’s a common Protestant misunderstanding of Catholicism. Catholics in no way think we earn our way into being saved. It is only Christ who saves us as demonstrated by the repentant thief on the cross next to Christ.
BUT
Faith is required but we can earn our way out of salvation. Judas had faith in Christ. The demons know exactly who Christ is and that he saves but they reject him. We can have faith that Christ saves us but reject him through sin and lose his grace for our salvation. Like the good thief all we have to do is confess our sins to Christ and he will do the rest. We believe you can have perfect contrition and be saved but Christ left his Church to minister to his people. Part of that is the continuation of the priesthood from the Jewish Priests to Catholic Priests. Instead of sacrificing animals to repent for our sins we can go to the Priest who acts in the person of Christ who himself forgives our sins.
Luther didn’t like this idea which is why he was so bitter about the book of James.
