Don’t mean to be a Debbie downer but the way I understand it, the cases are on the conference calendar and may or may not even be discussed. sCOTUS is definitely not hearing the merits of those cases on that day. I could be wrong.

That’s a silly thing to say on a message board. How would I have known you were datefagging without reading your post first?
