Bloodlines are important to Kazahrians, a lot of illuminati has adopted all their adrenochrome, moloch worshiping practices and certainly not much of a difference between the two as far as bad is concerned.

But there are differences and the major one being that Illuminati are much more meritiochratic than bloodliners and and what they control is the military and industrial complex while Kazahrians control banking and media.

As fucked as it may be to say it the Illuminati is the lesser evil, they will both murder much of humanity and are planning to but the Illuminati want expansion into space, growth and exploration while the bloodliners and their predictably inbred brains want no such thing and instead want to create a prison planet with themselves on top.

The difference basically breaks down to the devil that will kill you no matter what and the devil that will abide by agreements and even work with you if it helps them...

That said it is not quite as black and white as there are good factions and people in both branches of the DS and you will also fiond some of the same bloodline names in both the illuminate and the Kazahrians(bloodliners), Trump actually know one of them and his family(male line of the Rothchilds(illuminati) but they are non-persons and you won't find any records of them (AT ALL),.

Whitehat's don't much care about bloodlines or any of that bullshit but it is worth noting that of what little good that can be found in either faction the good guy that Trump knows is Illuminati(Trump however is not and neither are the whitehats, and they are fighting both the Illuminati AND the Kazahrian/bloodliner side of the DS....)

However Whitehats may have a more spiritual side to them, unfortunately many of them have fled to religion as a counter to what they are up against but I'm fairly certain that they are more ackowledging of such things as reincarnation than the other side of the equation.

As a side note: look into the personality and actions of Patton, then compare them to Trump...... Only real difference is the setting and that soul being very much a workaholic managed to sit still for less than a year after his death before incarnation into trump which was born less than a year after Patton died................
