Well thats encouraging. Its easy for normal occurrences to get blow out of proportion when you've never paid attention to it before.
It was around 1000 sealed cases a year country wide prior to this. I remember people freaking out when the number was getting to four thousand.

As a paralegal. The most I've ever seen and had pacer.gov acct. Was 2009. For the year it was less than 7k. Remember FISA works both ways. Checkmate
