The fine details of free speech are that there are some places where you should and shouldn't use certain words, and there are places where you can and can't use words, as well.
If this forum colluded across the web to hunt down people using the word, that'd be violations of constitutional rights. That's what we're seeing in Big Tech and mainstream Social Media.
Similarly, if this forum were the only way for Americans to communicate, that'd be a big no-no.
The thing is, it isn't. That is to say, you can say what you want on this forum, but they can just as easily and legitimately ban you for it as per the server rules. If they were punishing outside of the server rules, or not enforcing with balance, again, we'd have a problem (that's another thing we see in social media).
I was attempting to be cheeky, sorry that it wasn't clear. I was making light of you directing people looking for "pure free speech" to 8kun as if it was a legitimate endorsement.
I'm still confused. I've only been to 8kun for about ten minutes, once. I've always assumed it was similar to Pol in regards to speech rules. Is this not the case?
I think you would. I'd report it anyway. If you want pure free speech, go to 8kun.
I say if you want free speech then come to America, because I champion our First Amendment rights!

Look, if you're trying to endorse 8kun, you don't need to beat around the bush.
No idea what you attempted to say there.
