Correct me if I’m wrong, but if Trump’s legal team manages to prove fraud and somehow gets the election overturned, wouldn’t Trump be eligible to run for a 3rd term? As far as I understand it, you are entitled to run for 2 FULL terms. If Biden reigned for any amount of time in a term that’s rightfully Trumps, that would deprive Trump of his full second term, thus allowing him to run once more. Am I off?

I don't even think we have to respect the four years thing at this point.
General McInerney said that we should get Trump for 8 more years because of everything that needs cleaning up, in the breezy way that many other extra-Constitutional ideas could conceivably happen if there were a mass popular move. No need to decide now: what we need now is to help Trump drain the swamp for the next four years. (This is why Swamp Rangers has its website and Gab group!)
Another angle: If Trump is installed as the 19th prez of the restored republic after bankrupting the US Corp, that would technically be his first term. So he could run again. But I'm guessing he wont. He’ll prob be busy helping the rest of the world get back on track with GESARA.
Exchequer of the world!
Im on the fence right now about this NESARA and GESARA stuff. Too good to be true, all will be millionaires... Well, hyperinflation does that to people as well, the questions is what will you be able to buy with those millions? 2 loafs of bread and an egg?
I was too for the last few years but now I think its legit. Aligns with how Trump absorbed the Fed into the Treasury and has been draining the central banks. If we have really recovered all the gold stolen by the cent banks and the Vatican, once we return to metal backed currencies there would be more than enough to go around. I know there is some debate about Charlie Ward but I found this vid with Jack Kidd very interesting. Talks about how all the states will also have to throw off their corp status and actually rejoin the union if we are reverting to the original 1776 Constitution. Not sure on every detail, but lots to ponder.

If you served more than 2 years of a term where someone else was elected president, then you can only serve 1 additional term. Otherwise you can serve 2 terms. So the maximum a single person can be president for is really 10 years.
Yup, reread the 22nd and realized.
There would be no 22nd amendment, since that was done under the is corp. He could run perpetually but lets get there first. The man is already 74.
I’d be happy if he hadn’t got robbed of this term. We know Xiden and the swamp stole the 2020 election.
Well he can be President of the Corporation again and since he was never President of the Republic...Two more terms there once things are put back into order.
I think that one prophecy said two terms.
there's info out there to suggest trump may only be about to begin his first legitimate term as 19th president of we the people. trump has made comments along the lines of 3 terms
check out themarshallreport.wordpress.com and read at least last half of January to see what im talking about re Act of 1871, 2nd declaration of independence, US CORP, etc
If the 22nd amendment is retained, any term you serve of 2 years + 1 day or more counts as a full 4 year term. So unless you believe that all amendments since 1871 are invalid, then no. Trump can not serve 3 terms if the Constitution retains its current form.
Yeah you’re right, I misunderstood the 22nd amendment. Thanks fren.
I believe too that’s the original constitution didn’t have term limits and I believe that is what Trump is returning us to which would also mean inauguration would be March 4th
The first 15 amendments were ratified prior to 1871. Since the 22nd Amendment limits the number of terms of office for a president and thus no longer part of the Constitution, Trump could serve for as many terms as he is elected. If the 22nd Amendment is retained, then he might only be able to serve two terms as the 19th President.
Legally? Yes and it has been done before. Would he? If he pulls off being rid of the deep state and everything he would likely stand aside and say his work is finished after the end of his reclaimed second term.
Plan?
I think there are ways:
Heard alot about the first impeachment triggering something like an extra term
IF the USA Inc is dissolved then he could get two terms under the restored Constitution, I suppose
At any rate, I would LOVE for him to serve 3 terms.
Hmm. I feel like the question of running is different than the question of serving.
What's to say it wouldn't be a matter of tagging on x-months to his new term replace x-months the potato stole.
Also...why would he run (have competition) if it was stolen?
It is more likely to be the Myanmar situ wherein there is military leadership and a new election.
Question is do POTATUS appointees get replaced before that change since they are potatoes? Lying cheating potatoes.
