According to this site that was their logo from the beginning (1990) to 2001.

The logo looks like a combination of the "all seeing eye" and the "Boy Lover" pedo symbol.
Boy Lover is the spiral triangle, while the circular spiral (which is what we see here) is "Little Boy Lover"
