"Last night, I was honored when Sidney Powell called me and asked me to serve as lead counsel for her in defending the frivolous defamation lawsuit filed against her by Dominion.
I quickly accepted. Get ready to rumble, Dominion. You made a mistake suing Sidney.
You are going to pay a heavy price.
Sidney and I will not be intimidated. We will not go quietly in the night.
Hey Dominion, I will see you and your employees and officers soon as truth is pursued and established.
I will see you across the table where you will be subjected to a thorough and sifting cross-examination under oath. I know how to deal with legal bullies like you.
Check my record."

BOOOOOOOOOOM, he's out for blood
Dominion stand no chance, this is all for show. In order for Dominion to win they will have to prove that a) Sydney Powell knew for 100% certain that what she was saying was a lie b) That Powells comments directly had a negative financial consequence for Dominion. The burden of proof is too high
Well if the amazing Jim Pugh interviews on Bardsfm are accurate, then Dominion rigging the vote is not unlawful. Also, it's just one corporation fulfilling a contract with another corporation (The USA Corp.). Anyways, I won't get into a long explanation, but it means we the people are actually just collateral for a corporation. We don't actually have any rights. Somehow Trump snuck through this system and has made us a Republic again. If this is true, than I'm not sure if this lawsuit would even matter much anyhow. (Maybe it'll mean that Sidney's only danger would be to extradited to DC or the Vatican.) LOL I don't know. Strange days indeed.
So you are saying that the customer is always right and if I provide illegal and unlawful services, I am not guilty because the customer asked for it? I think this sounds like conspiracy to me. Or collusion. It's not legal.
If they fulfilled a contract to willfully defraud the American people and are not under the jurisdiction of American law, than it would be the fault of those who asked them to do so. And that would be the governors who asked them to willfully defraud the American people as part of the contractual agreement. Yes?
Then it will have to be argued and ruled that way. I have never seen a ruling that pointed out DC being its own corporation removed from the US.
