not my family. single income is rough but we make it work. no internet (just use mobile hotspot), no cable. those two alone free up so much money a month. plus going to a cheap cell service like cricket for $65/month with hotspot.

The pastor of a fairy large church I was a member of decided to have a Bible study for the single parents. On the first meeting, six single dads and two single moms showed up. That was all of the single parents in the congregation.
The pastor was greatly surprised. He was expecting mostly moms. He never realized how many single dads there were.
Edit: Btw, my son is now 38 and very base!

One that showed up recently had homosexual female couple with "their" kids on the cover too. My little one was promptly allowed to have it (as opposed to my fishing and survival magazines) as she loves tearing apart magazines in the late morning hours.
That magazine has been absolute garbage for a long, long time. It's sad to see just how blatant they've become with their anti-traditional family stance.
When I had my first son in 1976 my mother got me Diaper Service (yes I am that old) and with it came. 5 yr subscription to PARENTS MAGAZINE. I never really read but skimmed through it some times. I noticed then that dads were not mentioned that much unless the article was about boys. Back in the day I guess the magazine thought dads should have a say in raising boys and moms in raising “babies”!
And don't forget it's called "chest-feeding" now since breast-feeding isn't gender neutral in some areas.
well, I saw Jessica Alba (bottom left) at the grocery store in Beverly Hills and her husband was with her (with baby and one of the older kids). He contributes but clearly doesn't get credit from Parents mag!
Just playing the role of devil's advocate here, but perhaps the manufacturer knows that women and gay men make up to demand for lifestyle magazines almost entirely (including Men's Health/Fitness which is just a bunch of photos of super fit dudes). They're pandering to their audience, which is probably why you dont see many dads.
Not saying it isnt another tactic to shatter the illusion of a nuclear family, but they're probably just saving their asses from the woke SJWs who would throw a hissy fit if all the parenting covers were of a husband-wife family.
