Wherever the University of Wisconsin has a campus you will find embedded Communists/Leftists. My wife is from Oshkosh, while the Majority of Winnebago county is Bright red it is because of UWO that the city of Oshkosh stagnates under Lefty leaders. The city council has been for years been led by university professors which have put the city under Agenda 21directives. People have Tried to get onto the city council to affect positive change but are often marginalized to either to the point of surrender or they just do not choose to run again.
