I'm no hero, but if I can I want to be like him. He wasn't always right. I didn't agree with him in my youth. When I started listening he was a friend. We aren't alone.
Rush - the greatest of all-time! Taught me how to hear, see and think critically. I love him. I pray he is amongst the angels being ministered to as he continues to speak truth cause he will never stop
About a year ago I remember Rush closing out his show with the announcement of his diagnosis. I was entering the Costco parking lot and pulled over to a remote area and parked. I wept like a grieving widow. This morning, right after the theme song finished, I heard a woman's voice (his wife) instead of a guest host. I knew instantly that we had lost him before she had said so. What the left will never understand is people like Trump and Rush do and did so many generous things for so many people, but only known between them and the recipient. The only thing I dreaded more than his passing, was knowing that there would be people celebrating today.
It was Rush who, during the 2016 election, told a story of him and Trump meeting for a round of golf that happened to fall on Easter Sunday. Trump described Trump and how he cared for Melanie and his family. At the time, I wasn’t sure about Trump, and I had a hard time deciding if he was trustworthy. But the fact that Rush spoke of him with respect was enough for me. (Obviously Hillary wasn’t an option!). Been thankful for him ever since.
RIP Rush. You were one of those men that comes along very rarely and is truly Gift from God. Right up there with Churchill, CS Lewis, Reagan, and Billy Graham—who knew how to communicate goodness and righteousness so well. It was an honor to be a DittoHead.
I listened more to Mark Levin than Rush Limbaugh, but Levin looked up to Rush. The clips he shared of Rush’s show proved he was an intelligent man with common sense. May this fine talk show host Rest In Peace. He will be missed by many.
In all the years I listened to him, I didn't always agree with him, but he never sold out, never waived in his support of President Trump in the 2016 elections (unlike Hannity and Ingram). He was always straight with his audience, respectful and told the Truth as much as he knew it. God speed, Sir.
Not gonna lie. I teared up reading that.
Heroes never die. They live in within us. RIP brave patriot.
me too

My dad listened to Rush every day - for most of my life. My dad passed 2 years ago. Now this piece of him i still had is gone. Rest in peace Rush
Dittos!
I cried. I grew up listening to Rush with my parents. He was like an out-of-town Uncle that talked to us every day. RIP El Rushbo.

Very Trumpian, very presidential, hits just the right tone
CNN: See, even Trump admits Rush was full of hostility, and it killed him—the only way he could finally be free of his hostility was to die
They can twist anything

Concise and to the point. Thank you President Trump.
Rush was like a member of my family for 30 years. It seems strange but it's true, and I know that there are millions out there who can say the same.
This is a hard day.

Beautiful words from my POTUS about this great American who led the way.
