I'm currently working in a position that deals with sex and child trafficking.

Even if you deconstruct "QAnon" as a conspiracy, the claim that a powerful cabal of traffickers are running the western world is not far from the truth.

Cabal already has the branding. It's a good word, and unambiguous in the news cycle and discourse. Globalists is another good one, but it connotes economics more than pedos. Maybe "global sex cabal," except it sounds like swingers more than slavers. Cabal has legs.
