Don't let them get away with it. Counter that, within hours of the inauguration, the WHO and subsequently the CDC lowered the CYCLE THRESHOLD of the test from 40 to 30. THAT is why we have so many fewer false positives (in their words cases) NOT the vaccine.

We are working against brainwashing techniques perfected over hundreds of years and secret from the general public.
I'm going to have trouble forgiving people who let their family take the vax and do nothing, not even a day of research.

Not an expert in how to prevent the long term problems but they might be due to certain immune subsystems which could be suppressed. I know that Vit d tends to prevent over-reaction of the immune. THere may be more specific things. if it were me I'd take vit C and D, zinc and an ionophore like (HCQ, green tea or quercetin) and a multivitamin and then the body might see of the later triggering virus before it makes the immune cascade. It's about keeping the immune system cool and fit in my amateur opinion.
There will be more expert advice available soon for those who have taken the vaccine, I hope. I saw a thread here about cannabinol helping to prevent the immune over reaction. We'll find treatments!

The first known case of WooFlu in the US was "diagnosed" with a cycle count of 18. There's no reason to set this over 20, unless you're trying to create a plandemic.

I don't think you can. Florida found that out when they were the first to demand to know the cycle threshold for their tests. I am uncertain if that has happened yet. The cycle threshold should be STANDARD data required on every test nationwide.
So when you say that the cycles have been reduced from 40 to 30, this is based on what?
