I don't believe this... The military/Q/Trump prohibiting SCOTUS from hearing cases so they can pull out the military will never be accepted by the public.

"We tried all legal avenues!"

I'll admit that even after months of following this I'm still not that skilled at it, I did think the same. I would have been...shall I say...disappointed if they had taken it. This is exactly what I was expecting.
