look at the image metadata, no trace of photoshop, also with contrast, shadows, tone and shape checks, those orb are to damn uniformed in the image, and also the shape, so perfect, hmmm
Look at the sconces by the curtains behind POTUS. The lights by his hands are an upside down reflection of a sconce. u/CokeOrPepe said it was reflecting on the lense. A photographer would have to explain how that works.
