Contrary to reports that in order to bust the cap on emissions for our fossil fuel (natural gas and coal) generation plants the price was going to be set at $1,500/Mwh (at least 30 times normal) that Biden's DOE requested that price in order to fuck us as it's not workable.

Our own ERCOT requested that price. The DOE simply agreed with it.
