Ok, so the 550th SOS operates out of NM and has the "Sun Symbol" on the patch along with a wolf. Lin took a pic with his 550 hat along with his dogs and mentioned the sun coming up.
550 does spec ops flying missions.
...aaand that's pretty much all I got. Lol. Don't know if this is comms or not, but I have no idea what the relevance of "550" on a 45 hat is, so it does seem strange.
