I would concur from the little I’ve paid attention to it. What do you race? I used to do a little SCCA Solo and autocross years ago. I still enjoy my cars and motorcycles.
Nice! I like turning but would love to try my hand at a stock car. Was in Charlotte for the inaugural ROVAL. More of an F1/Blancpain/ALMS type of guy myself.
The way they emphasis "the jaws of life" ... I could jam a car door shut with a couple well place whacks with a sledge hammer. Yes, they are a useful and lifesaving tool but so is the damn truck the FDP used to get there.
“Jaws of life” means a few different tools, one being a hydraulic ram to push a dashboard back that has rolled into someone’s legs. Even with that there would be a cut or pinch made at the front wheel well and damage from the rolling, door likely removed.
They could have just cut something and the media hyped it as the jaws of life ?♂️
Actually there does look to be a pinch/cut near the front tire there, they likely stabilized the car and extricated him through the passenger door or rear of the vehicle.
Not much damage to the top, considering it's a roll over wreck. Why is the front and rear ripped off? Odd...
Looks more like it cartwheeled rather than rolled.
I'm asking from a stance of ignorance. Haven't been involved in a lot of crashes.
You were perfectly polite. I was just clarifying my statement. Thank you for the insight.
Look at the two of you! Arguing over who was the most polite. "You were". "No, I believe you were". Nice.
Lol, just trying to keep everything civil.
Didn't he just win a tournament? How much do you want to bet he wasn't supposed to?
That is exactly what I was thinking. Tiger pulls a very diverse crowd.
TW is currently in surgery. Was recovering from back surgery. I'd guess the painkiller habit took over again and he nodded while driving.

Looks like it might be a loaner car. There is a logo on the door. Most famous people would not leave any identifying features on their personal cars.
Quick... someone should grab that catalytic converter. It's worth about $300 at any chop shop. :>)

They probibly just bent/cut the steering wheel out of the way and pulled him out the front window.
It looks like the windshield is what was neatly cut open.
There are 3 or 4 entities I listen to now making a big deal with that phrase... "jaws of life" it means something.
The engine is in the passenger compartment. That's why they had to pry him out. His legs are trash. He's done with pro golf.
That's easy. Look closer. They took off the front window and cut/bent the steering wheel out of the way to pull him out the front window.
