Here in Texas a business has the right to refuse service to anyone, period. No cause is necessary, no reason need be given, simply 'can't help you adios'.
But yeah call and email bomb Abbott and while you do that tell him to get wind turbines off our power grid and OH YEAH demand signed paper ballots in all elections.
Yes plz. Then tomorrow he needs to call out the Guard to help on the Border.
Haha ok that's funny. I did not know that was a thing. Then again I've never ridden one of those things.
I used to own a trail riding business so that's why I know the law about horses :)
I am sick and tired of being asked by people who don’t even know my last name if I have been vaccinated or are planning on it. It’s none of your fucking business. WHEN did it become acceptable to inquire about someone’s personal medical information? I hope these idiots enjoy being a government experiment.
I agree, but we need to be consistent. If businesses can discriminate based on mask wearing, or not, they should be able to discriminate based on race or religion also (not that I would ever do, or agree, with this morally).
Frankly, because I got tired of taking the high road all the time with these leftists. They've used government to force businesses to do their bidding before....have you already forgotten the bakery in Colorado forced to make a cake for a gay couple against their wishes?
Updooting for sake of discussion-- best if businesses are free to be asshoe's, opening the door for other businesses to cater to a different part of the population.
Boycotts and cancel culture already doing enough to shape policy.
fuck mask orders, my mayor stood up early on and said we'd not abide by it and so far so good. Fuck abbott, he's done, if he dreams of higher office, he can forget it.
I agree with businesses refusing service to anyone they want on any grounds for any reason...except masks. This mask wearing crap is a human dignity crisis.
Kicking out someone for being (insert race here) is less severe, at least they're still allowed to breathe free air.
I'll post this again for everyone.....I'm sick and tired of always taking the high road with these leftists. They've used the power of government against us before, it's time they get used to having it used against them.
Have all of you so quickly forgotten how the government forced that Colorado bakery to make a cake for a gay wedding against their wishes?
The government cannot touch the private sector. Especially when it comes down to who companies choose to service or do business with... Maybe you can ask him to legally recognize non-maskers as a protected category, then you could argue discrimination and sue. But that still doesn’t force companies to service non-maskers.
What mask order?
He's had one in effect since late June last year. Fucking cuck. I want a DeSantis like motherfucker running my state.

Agreed on all counts. Fun fact, you also can't sue a horse owner or trail riding business if you fall off a horse or it bucks you off in Texas.

Yes, time to get those fucking stupid masks off our kids in school!
I'm doing interviews because my company won't allow a Plastic shield.
Had enough and nobody in the company is fighting it
Why do you want to use the government to force the business to do something they may not be comfortable with?
I agree - if maskholes want to piss off their customers let them do it
I would also rather know who they are so that I can continue to focus my suport on business that are pro God and pro Constitution.

There is so much ignorance in that link. Pretty horrifying every time I go back to reading the old corporate media.

Businesses can refuse service for any reason, and not wearing a mask is a valid reason for them to.
If you don't like their policies, stop using their service(s)
If many people stop using their service(s) they will shift their policies to recover
Tell that to the cake bakers.

While I agree there shouldn't be a mass quarter I think it should be a business's soul right to refuse service to anyone for any reason whatsoever.
We need less government, not more.
Thinking about it? I ended the mask order back in March 2020, and I live in commie WA
They let me do mine without one.... odd
