When I first found out about this event, that was my first thought of what it said
Short and sweet. Technically incriminating. Devastating.
But this thread, which singles out Jeb's reaction, forces me to focus on him alone. Previously, I'd tried to read the reactions of all the participants as a group. But when isolated...
That is the reaction of a boy who loves his dad and who has been sheltered from his father's evil.
In this context, "We know everything" would elicit more of a confused response. He'd look around the room for comfort and confirmation. Alternatively, he'd stare perplexed as the note passed. Slow to understand, bewildered. Confused. "What is 'everything?'"
This is a reaction of immediate horror. Perhaps one of someone who's heard rumors their whole life but never dated to believe them. Someone finally forced to confront the fact that'd he'd been lying to himself his entire life. And, subconsciously, he'd known he'd been lying to himself. And he had known the truth all along.
That's helpful. I don't read too much into them looking towards George after they read it - that seems like a natural reaction as well like "Really dad, omg"
However, I'd never seen that Trump left early, and that's kind of big, right? In that context (as someone else posted in this thread) "you're next -45" also seems plausible.
But in that case, I think they'd look around in fear. That looks like grief and horror.
Fascinating event regardless. Can't wait until we find out the truth. :)

"I killed JFK."

I like that theory.
The intent of "They know everything" Was from Papa Bush's perspective.

In the uncropped version its pretty clear that both Jeb and Laura look straight to George after seeing the note/pic
Heres the uncropped version. Which also shows that Trump got up and left just as the notes were being passed out.

Yea, but I think a smart wife would show him later on in private.
That’s his Sister in Law. The note was handed to her by 43
Tbf, when I was fan ficcing, I realized that that was a huge hole iny theory as I wrote it. :)
Fair enough for pointing it out, and I agree. Maybe his sister in law wasn't "thinking things through", so to speak.
