The voice is even more telling than the mask. THAT is not him, not even the same "fauci" from just a few weeks ago. And the accent...I consider myself an expert on NY accents (having the misfortune of growing up down there), and that is a forced NY accent.

That’s why I watched a video from a year ago. His neck actually looked older and more saggy vagina like than this newer video circulating today. But the voice is a huge huge indicator of a deep fake.
The voice difference could be from different microphones. But watch his teeth carefully. The last visible tooth on the left is a bit fat and then you don’t see his back molar. It’s the same set of teeth in a video from last year.
It looks like a mask that slipped out of the shirt. I don’t think it’s a fat neck skin fold falling over his collar. It even looks like you can see under the mask near the tie knot.
I can understand why people may be back and forth on why they think that bounce is a mask. And others believe it’s a neck sag.

Peopke are always citing wrinkles or their lack as identity evidence. A really good latex mask would have bumps, pores, and wrinkles. But what about camera filters? I remember in 2016 similar discussions about how an old hag like Hillary could occcasionally look very smooth, and it was attributed to camera tricks. Although my theory was half an inch of sonething like Bondo, and she did start looking melted from hot lights late in one debate.

You can definitely see a different skin toned neck line in that exact spot at key moments.
Hes a small framed man, he does not own that much excess neck skin.

It's not a de p fake. You can see that mask creapnup and out from underneath the shirt and tie. Deep fakes don't do that.
