Well I know for a fact that we have many in our church already here in NC who did carry before this... OOOPS!

There was something passed when I was a kid (mid 2000s) called Safe Sanctuary. That made it impossible to carry in church and there were designated "safety personnel".
That's what I was thinking. Private property, no?
It usually is, unless it’s some mega, super for-profit church.
Funny thing about concealed, it is for the protection offered by a law-abiding, sane and logical citizen...the fact that it’s concealed should offer little to be concerned about for the average person.
The places Ive been with mine while looking out for my fellow people and myself would have you surprised.

They should do away with having a concealed carry permit. Concealed carry is part of the second amendment. The second amendment does not tell us we have to get a permit to carry a weapon. I live in North Carolina

I don't let signs tell me where to carry. The Constitution does that. Granted, I've never been caught or questioned, but I'm not gonna fall victim because some nubnut puts up a "gun-free" sign on the wall. I'm in NC and I bet at least half of the men carry...lol
Same here. When I was stationed in Las Vegas and had my permit there, we were instructed thst those signs were meaningless from a legal standpoint in Nevada and the most the business could do was ask you to leave for trespassing.
You could carry in church here in NC, but there was a problem with churches that had schools attached.
Governor will likely veto... nc governor sucks
Local pastor here in SC carries. He encourages veterans, law enforcement and competent persons to conceal carry at church. He states that his duty is to protect his flock at all costs. Dude is pretty based. He preaches that humanity is on the front lines of a war between good and evil and to make no mistake, the agents of evil are here now. He seems to know what you guys are sharing. I don't attend organized churches, but we talk often because he lives across the street from me.
