I'm hoping I can avoid the vax. Trouble is, my employer is making noises to prepare employees for a vaccine requirement. Maybe not strict a "requirement" that could be legally challenged, but if you don't volunteer, are you not putting other employees at risk?
Yes, it's bullshit. But they've already stated that not wearing a mask could be grounds for termination. Masks are required to handle the product anyway, so it's not much of an extension.
The Patriots can remove the traitors from DC any time now.
It’s a HIPPA violation. Your employer doesn’t have access to this information unless you voluntarily tell them...also you cannot be terminated from your job for resisting an experimental vaccine. It’s only approved for emergency usage, if they fire you proceed legal options.
Even at will states can't fire you for refusing the vax. They can however fire you for being 1 minute late that one time.
Time to find another way then.
HIPAA
You're right, of course. Every year they bring people on site to administer flu shots. Convenience....
I got a flu shot once and got sick af...never again.
By definition everyone who doesn't take the vaccination is only putting THEMSELVES at risk. Everyone who takes the vaccination is protecting themselves. if it is what it says it is, you can't infect ANYONE who takes the vax.
This ridiculous inverse logic is tactic used by multi level marketers and snake oil salesmen, not scientists.
Absolutely agree
Time to find a new job my friend
I can't say that thought hasn't crossed my mind....
You need a union
When someone dies (even from motorcycle accident or gunshot) who has Covid-19... They count that as a Covid dearh.
What happens when you have the vaccine, but then die of some other cause (falling off a roof)? Will life Insurance call that a vaccine related death and refuse to pay out?
HA!!! This is a right can of worms that's been opened.
The problem is getting a medical certification that a person died from the injection.
The vaccine is still experimental according to the FDA. They released it on an EUA (Emergency Use Authorization). Anyone that tells you different is a liar or a sheeple that won't do their own research.
Experimental coronavirus vaccine highly effective
Why is the COVID-19 vaccine considered experimental?
Just to add - the three vaccines being used in the EU (Pfizer, Moderna & AZ) don’t have full licenses either. They are “Conditional Marketing Authorisation” only - the EU equivalent of the US EUA.

Interesting WEF aligned study
Wow!
Reached out to a friend very high up in Manulife who can tell me definitively yay or nay on this.
EDIT: He just said he has heard nothing about this. "I doubt this. There's no exclusions in the policy for experimental medicines."
