Are they/you talking about a continental convention or a convention of states? If so I think it is a bad time to do that. Just opens the door for the destruction of the constitution!
A constitutional convention can't be limited to a single topic, ie "term limits." The cabal will pack the delegates and they will vote to shred the Constitution! They have been trying to do this for decades.. Do not support it!

Whatever. Term limits aren't the problem. If we actually had a functioning justice system the corruption would be cleaned up and kept under control. These term limits wont apply to the hacks in alphabet soup. They will just have to replace their puppets more frequently now. A better thing to do would be to repeal presidential term limits. Only branch with a term limit why???
Umm.. no, the US Senate does not have any term limit, they can serve as many six-year terms as they please. The 22nd Amendment limits the president to two four-year terms.. But you are correct in this regard: have term limits for the president somehow improved the quality of our presidents? No it has not. Other than Trump, they have all been criminals. This "term limit" convention is a scam the cabal will use to vote away our Constitution - don't fall for it!
So you're saying we have to get career politicians in 34 states to sign on to destroying their way of life, to deny their free ride cash cow, to force them out of the ruling class? HEH! not in a million years. It will have to be taken from them, one way or another.
This happens every couple of decades when one ruling party or the other screws up and gets a little too arrogant and their corruption gets exposed. They offer a few of themselves up as sacrifices, make a lot of noise about cleaning up, safe elections, term limits, control corruption...and wait a few years for the public to forget and then its back to business as normal.
Congress is terminally corrupt, the judicial system is corrupt, except for DJT the office of the president has been corrupt for 40 years. We need citizen tribunals, backed by the military, and empowered to investigate any complaint against any government official, and mete out and execute punishment for those found guilty.

I am torn on it, they already shred the Constitution, this may be a way to fix it. But, yes there is great risk in it.
