Also the one you posted is from X (Twatter). Perhaps the account with the Roman numerals is the same account but for TruthSocial, with a slight variation in the handle name as well.
The account you posted I don’t see that exact name on TS; there is one that’s similar but it has Roman numeral II (i.e., il Donaldo Trumpo II and the name beneath is “@PapiTrump”). 🤔 Of note, it only has 494 followers, whereas The account I posted with red check has upwards of 450K followers. Confusing but different accounts.

Definitely 2 different accounts: the one you posted is “@PapiTrumpo” with white check; the other is “@ilpresidento” with red check.
The check is white, not blue on this one posted here. The red check is Truth Social and blue check for X(Twatter).
