And, it was proven at the highest standard of proof of the three (preponderance of the evidence; clear and convincing evidence; and beyond a reasonable doubt). Interestingly, it was the lowest of the three that was the standard to meet in these cases of fraud, and in every single instance, the evidence presented rose clear to the top, beyond a reasonable doubt. Fat lot of good that did us.
If fraud vitiates everything, the entire Biden "admin", the Congress, DOJ, and Supreme Court—essentially the entire government—are null and void. Wonder if that's what Trump meant by giving us "a new government controlled by...thhhhhe People".
That is a question we have all pondered for some time. While there's little doubt that the numbers will be shown to favor the Republicans will it be interpreted by the courts as raising to the level of fraud? So far the courts have pretty much passed on looking at any evidence. They fear having to make the final call. They and their families might be threatened. They also think by overturning the election they would set a precedent where the courts end up deciding elections and not the people.
I'd love for the election to be overturned but I just don't have the same faith in our courts as I once did. We always assumed that the 3 new Supreme Court judges wouldn't let us down but they certainly haven't done a thing. The oddity in all of this is most key toss up states have Republican legislatures and some like GA have Republican Governor and Republican legislatures. The 3 supposedly conservative new justices on SCOTUS were put there by Trump. Just shows how you can't count on Republicans not turning into RINOS.
I've felt the longer things continue without the military intervening, the less likely it will happen. Thus, the push to primary all RINOS in our states and in congress and elect pro-Turmp MAGA Patriots in 2022 and re-elect Trump in 2024. I hope I'm wrong and wake up one morning soon to news of a military takeover with them laying out the facts of the big steal and declaring Trump the legitimate POTUS which we all know he is. But absent that, I'd love to see a whole new group of MAGA people elected in 2020, flipping control in both House and Senate. First order of business would be Voter ID laws and re-establishing paper ballots on counterfeit-proof paper with voter signatures.

They are a great combo - one is a private criminal defense attorney who handles civil lawsuits and the other is a government attorney who does civil lawsuits for government employees. They looked at all the election fraud lawsuits and realized that the problem was they were about state entities. Instead they are going against what they call "state actors" who are individuals either in government or in a private corporation. They are patriots and lawyers who you can enjoy listening to.
