Are there any protocols for what they do in case of a president that falls that anyone knows of? Im assuming there is, and that the protocol would be to help him.
If so, this would be another evidence for the fake presidency. Thoughts ?

Well he did finally get to his feet and get up the rest of the stairs, but I think if he just sat there someone would have helped him. But who knows...guess we will have to wait till he takes a bigger tumble...like down those stairs to see if anyone helps him.

I thought about this too, the answer is yes. They do but give two fucks about him, my guess those are not even real military. The real military doesn't salute him.
Watch the video of President Ford falling down the steps of AF1 and you'll see that only one person tries to help, and only after a few seconds of pause. It's probably a natural reaction for most to just stop and see if anyone else will help first, but in Biden's case you can see his top secret service agent rush to his aid. This is the same Korean-American agent that was accused of being Biden's "Chinese handler" awhile back.
My guess is that the powers that be may have wanted to reduce their exposure to future presidential wet work. Best to have him die from a real accident.
It's a natural instinct to help someone in need. The fact that Biden is a dog turd means the natural instinct is to avoid it.
