Vallely is a long term mass psyops operative, who notoriously collaborated with Michael Aquino (yes, that Michael Aquino) on 'From PSYOP to MindWar -The Psychology of Victory'.
It's highly doubtful his Q topic output has any advantageous benefit to we the people. Rather it's likely another mindwar assault to try and hijack the Q narrative and this community.

I think Vallely is dodging the question slightly here, but he gives enough away for some good hopium.
Q is 3-10 people. He's not saying directly who Q is, but (whether it is real or disinfo) he is saying which military op collects and analyzes the information which is/will be included in Q drops. The people who gather this information likely have no clue that it's for Q specifically, they likely assume its for their special ops operators (in which they wouldn't be wrong).
U.S. Army of Northern VA Vallely refers not to the civil war army group commanded by General Lee (albiet it is the most known definition), but the USAISA.
They are based in Fort Belvior, and I assume specifically the shiny brand new massive NGA building complex in Fort Belvior North.
ISA was transfered out of U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) but in 2003 were moved to Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC).
ISA is one of only five "special missions units" (SMUs) publically admitted to exist by the military. Two others include Delta Force and Seal Team 6.
What makes this unit unique is that it is purely intelligence based. Just like the Air Force's 24th Special Tactics Squadron (another SMU), ISA has a support mission to help and enable delta force, seal team 6, and 75th rangers (5th SMU)
My unique anecdote here is that I actually know a man who is a captain who handles highly sensitive information (his job is to make sure people under him [who then feed this information to live operators in special ops] have access to only the need-to-know information that they need to know, and nothing more) who works at NGA. Godly man. Now that its in my mind, If I get a chance I'll look and see what his badge insignia looks like to see if its a match for ISA.
To add on to this, I want to be clear that Vallely is being purposefully misleading. He may be telling a half truth: ISA & NGA may definitely be involved in the information gathering process, but by no means is it part of core Q. That is closer to NSA methinks.
The confederates were extremely right about one thing, which is that states had the right to secede from the union whenever they felt like it. All states that joined the USA did so with the understanding that whenever they so desired, for whatever reason, they could split away from the whole and become their own country. The civil war by Lincoln was a direct attack on that fundamental aspect of the way the USA was designed.
Repetition compulsion.

We've discussed Vallely on this forum before too.
Thanks for pointing out the truth.
Well we all really just 'know' such things mainly by what we see online. (!)
But Vallely's mass psyops background/expertise + his Aquino association does seem like a pretty questionable red flag.
He kept using QAnon.
Good catch.

Lee was a badass

Yes sir. I believe if he had sided with the north the war would have ended much sooner.
Its another name for USAISA
Pretty good interview.
The guy knows his stuff.
Vallely's a CLOWN!!!!
WTF is "QAnon"?
I think the general was misleading in his answers. 7-800 operators in the Army of Northern Virginia?
It's a high number and yes it is likely that high. We had 1000 intelligence specialist at our sight in great Britain. All U.S. Navy.
USAISA is also known as the "Army of Northern Virginia"
Sauce?
thanks, said comment did not exist when I asked.
How long is the video?
If you know you know.
Symbology is their downfall.
