I dont think high IQ leads to differing ideas, it just leads one to arrive at the same inescapable conclusions a little quicker than the average person given the same stimuli and inputs.
When AIs become a thing, it will be the measure of the quality of an AI as to how quickly the AI decides that killing all the bankers is the best way to fix the world. The quicker, the better it is. Not megaflops or bogomips or anything else that's a synthetic benchmark, rather how many seconds to deduce the needed steps to save the world.
How is it that a smart yet underachieving B- student like myself with an above average vocabulary, that didn’t take anything of significance from the public education system as applicable to adulthood, is a habitual loner and hardly even knows how to file taxes, or hold a job, walk away having a better grasp of critical thinking skills and questioning the logic of the world around him; than my younger overachieving sister who actually applied themselves in school, has better social skills and can hold a job longer than 6 months yet has TDS?
Agreed. My roommate was like that. Super smart techie but says there is no creditable evidence of election fraud. He actually worked in anti-trafficking in S Africa, but now somehow cannot see that it is a worldwide huge thing. Thinks q is a ridiculous cult/psyop and has a bad case of TDS.
My frustration at trying to wake him up led to too much negative energy in my house so I gave him the boot. Now my step son is living with me. He knew about all the corruption but not about any plan, which is why he had such a bad attitude for the last decade. Now, within a week, he is fully on board and we share memes and laugh together every night as we compare notes on this crazy movie playing out.

I’ve read a bit about Langan. He has the ability to see what is there despite any personal biases he might have. Langan gets right to the heart of the issue and will justify his position with cold logic. He has a lot of videos on youtube.
Yup. Same observation here. The more time spent in academia, the more screwed up they get. Family member earned 3 PhDs, 2 of them simultaneously in AI and medicine. Harvard, Oxford, MIT, and on to McKinsey. Entrenched liberal atheist with no clue about the Cabal, or about how the world works, the prevalence and level of evil, none of it. His IQ has earned him a lot of money and that's about it. He is spiritually dead and, from a knowledge perspective, blind.
Healthy skepticism of the 'good intentions' of people in power isn't a result of intelligence, but of WISDOM. Experiencing firsthand that the people at the very top do not give a single flat FUCK about the people at the bottom except as a source of wealth and labor is the only way to 'redpill' someone into the 'intelligent' position. Intelligence just lets people build wisdom faster, but even someone with a sub 80 IQ is going to figure out stuff if they keep getting shit all over.

IQ = processing speed. My IQ is approximately 140 (supposedly) and it is ridiculous how little effort I have to devote to learning things compared to "average" people.

The mean however is 6 so 1/2 the values are below and 1/2 above.
