Well here is my thinking. Evergreen has a lot of ships and they all have 4 digit callsigns. The operatives you are doing this operation picked the ship with the best callsign to connect to Q - in this case H3RC. I would take this as Q comms that it is connected to deep state, but wouldn't assume that this is very specific to Killary.
How can we find call signs? I want to confirm the H3RC sign and someone said the boat behind it was “WMDQ” I don’t want to lose any credibility when I mention this to my husband....he’s missing the movie and it’s just getting good!

As for the WMDQ, it was a ship named Maersk Denver that took a picture of Ever Given (the stuck ship in Suez) but in the picture its callsign WMDQ was showing. That ship has now moved on. Search for callsign H3RC and you get a hit for the Ever Given and you can confirm the position.
Now search for callsign MWDQ and get a hit for Maersk Denver. If you track this, and then click "Past Tracking" you will see that it was in the same position in the Suez and was able to take that picture, confirming the picture is not fake.

Well, the connections seem myriad. I tried to find if other callsigns for Evergreen have similar Q meanings, but no luck.
