If not on Evergreen's ship then all ships having ported at a Myanmar shipping port might expect a visit. Made easier now that all international shipping is waiting in line for a canal entry in waters currently loaded with US Navy hardware.

The target could be the ship in the canal or it could be any of the other ships stalled out in the backlog.
The shipping containers could be used to transport many things from genuine goods to illegal drugs to people to weapons.
