Does anyone know if those Faraday bags for phones actually work? With everything going on today I dont trust them. For all I know they are Chinese made and probably have a tracker pre installed LOL. Has anyone tested them and does anyone recommend a certain brand? I guess off to do some research.
Spouseanon does not get that the phone is for MY convenience - not his. He'll bitch 'what if I can't get ahold of you in an emergency?' FFS, we lived how many years without them????
My wife was mad at me for months because I hadn't added time to my tracphone in many months, and even when I had it, I only turned it on to make a call or send a text, which was about once per week :) I now have a new tracphone, because they wouldn't let me add time to an old one (I tried calling my old number, and some foreign language speaking person answered :) ). It's pretty amazing that for $40, I got an LG "smart phone", but I still only buy the cheapest minutes card for it; $20 for three months use of 60 minutes of time, no data, but I still won't use but a fraction of the minutes in those three months :) )

Yes I have a roll of faraday cloth and I tested it out. Works. ??
They do. You can actually experiment by enclosing your phone in a metal tool chest or aluminum foil. They work too.
